Shopping List
- an undecorated mask (look at local craft stores.)
- stick on jewels (another craft store buy)
- felt tipped markers (rose art, crayola etc.)
- permanent marker
- take your mask and color it with your desired color
- wait for the marker to soak in it may take a while
- now take your sticky jewels and apply them anywhere you want
- for your final step take the sharpie and decorate in a way that pleases you
